Working with us

We sit down with you and go through a three step process:

  • Preliminaries
  • Bankset
  • Final Construction Drawings

In a residential setting, you bring in your ideas, photos, and goals to us. Preliminaries are done to get your initial ideas put down on paper to scale. We discuss these and modify the sketches developed. The first and second sketches show only the floor plan(s). As the sketches become more defined we will do a front elevation. All major design issues are discussed and are tried to be resolved at this stage. The client can take these sketches and discuss preliminary budgets and cost analysis with builders. Upon signed approval by the client and Infinity Design, Inc., we can proceed to the next phase.

The Bankset are the working drawings finished to between 50% – 75%. They consist of the floor plan(s), exterior elevations with electrical plans and cabinet plans that may have been started. These again are reviewed and are approved by the client and Infinity Design, Inc. The client can also take these drawings and discuss further budget concerns and cost analysis with builders. Upon signed approval of the clients and Infinity Design, Inc., we can proceed to the next phase.
